Some friends and I are looking to play some halo custom maps/game modes together but sadly don’t have too many. Was wondering if there’s anybody out there with custom games that are willing to share so I’m able to play with my pals. Simple request, but it’s fine if not.
Also not too familiar with MCC’s map sharing. I come from playing Halo 3 and miss the days of custom games. Looking for that beautiful dose of nostalgia to experience with new friends and old.
Hey, right now MCC does not have a proper file browsing feature (although it is planned for a future update as well as a customs browser) and the only way you can get maps is through adding people who have them on their personal file share.
Ill try and find some people who have a decent amount of classic games on their file share, I’ll update this post with an edit later.
For now here’s a link to the Forge Hub page for Halo on Halo which you might remember from Halo 3 customs. This also includes a download tutorial.

When you search these names, it may take a while for the files to load. If it says there are no files just wait a minute and keep opening the maps and gametypes.

I’ll put up the still active gamertags above.

There’s also “Halo 3 Classics” that has the more common ones people want like Duck Hunt, Fat Kid, Halo on Halo, Jenga, etc.
