Looking For H4 CTF Matchmaking teammates

I’ve been trying to level my CSR rank in the CTF matchmaking gametype (in Halo 4), and while I’ve been scoring really well (usually 1st or 2nd), I’m often on the losing team because we get 2 or 3 players with massively negative k/d ratios and who basically don’t help. Apparently you can only level in CTF if you win, so playing with randoms is pretty frustrating. I’m looking for a group of 5 including myself to grind CTF with a level 30 goal (my highest CSR is currently 34 in big team, with 30 in 3 more playlists).

More specifically, I’m looking for players who have achieved at least level 30 in a few gametypes who have a mic and are ready to capture some flags. Preferably 18+, or at least mature enough to keep your cool. Please reply here or message me on xbox live if you’re interested. Thanks,
