As the title says, I am looking for 1 or more dedicated Halo players who would like to help me start up an old clan I used to run. Here is the scoop. The clan I am referring to is Spartan Corps. Once a prominent clan in Halo: Reach, we shut down upon Halo 4’s release. I would like to get the clan “revived” if you will. The clan is well organized with a detailed ranking system, a Field Manual for all members to reference, and we always promoted activity on the forums and Xbox LIVE.
What I have to offer:
Over 12 years of competitive Halo game play experience
It’s hard to get a brand new clan started at this point in halo, I would most definitely consider joining a well established Halo 5 clan and seeing how you can help them grow and prosper even more.
MG Eclipse is ours and I’m rather confident you would like it here.

It’s going to be a challenge for you to recruit people, but it’s going to be an even greater challenge to keep them active. I’m not sure how involved you’ve been in the Halo 5 clan community, but most people you’ll recruit will hardly ever play Halo 5.
The game sold pretty well, but very few people consistently play, and those who do are either already in a group or not interested. If you recruit 20 people, 4 of them will still play with you after a month, and 2 will play with you after two months. A couple years ago, I was a part of an organization with a very similar setup to yours called Epsilon Fleet. EF had six hundred members, and almost no active people. It’s later in 5’s lifespan, it’s probably a lot worse.
I have an offer for you: you could join Sierra Company. We’re a military group, been up for three years, and we’ve stayed active. Sunday, our last operation, had 10 people, 5 of whom have been in Sierra for over a year, 8 have been in for over four months, and two were brand new. The fact that people stick around is, in my opinion, objective proof that our organization is fun to be in, its why people stick around Sierra for longer than people in other military groups stick around.
If you’d like the opportunity to be a part of a tight-knit military group, take a look at our website, sierracompany.weebly.com, and the YouTube channel that is linked there.

That’s good to hear. And if you decide to stick with it, and have success, Sierra Company would love to do some joint events sometime.

Do not be discouraged from starting a new clan. I started my Spartan Company last year in April, so even a full year yet. It’s a challenge for sure, but there are plenty of people willing to participate. Start with recruiting yours and branch off of every person you get in. Just like a pyramid scheme, use your members to grow your success.
