Back in the day during Halo 2 I was a big Elite player and had fun playing with fello elite likers. I want a clan that plays with/as elites and follows the ranks and stuff, perferalbe on Reach but I can play Halo 3.
I must make note that Iam busy and Ill try to be on the forms and on live. I look forward to hearing.
I have two things for you.
1st - You do realize that most, if not all, Elite clans will be in serious trouble when Halo 4 hits. This is due to the fact that Elites WILL NOT be playable in H4.
2nd - If you still must find an Elite clan, I would suggest WoS (Warriors of Sanghelios). They are the best one that I know of.

Although Elites will not be playable in Multiplayer, several Elite Clans are continuing on, in the hopes they will be in later games.

The only thing that has really changed is the removal of elites from lobby menu, customs, invasion and forge. Since elites were excluded from most gametypes in reach. At least now spartan clans can’t moan about hackz when they are beat by a Sangheili clan, but I’m sure there will be more then plenty that do.
