Take a look at Sierra Company. We’re a milsim clan, meaning that we play serious most of the time and focus on specialized customs modes.
We win about 95% of our matches against randoms in Arena and Warzone and have an 85% win against other clans, and have almost 40 members.

. When raiding and defending, always remain in your designated positions and roles until told otherwise by a superior; always listen to your orders.
3. If you are defending and someone approaches the base, give them fair warning when they reach the perimeter. If they continue to argue or try to enter the base, kill them unless a superior says differently.
4. If you are raiding, everyone but your fellow Mandalorians are hostile unless you’re told by a superior that they’re not.
5. You must conserve your ammo (don’t shoot randomly) and stay in the base at all times unless told otherwise by a superior. If you die in combat, immediately return to the base as soon as possible.
