Spartan dads gaming network has a strong presence in both destiny and halo, average age is also slightly above 30. I backed out of destiny to play solely halo 5 until new update but there are still plenty still playing. I lead the SD company where our guys who like to play the large fireteam gamemodes, particularly BTB and 12 man warzone gather.
Pm me if you want to get some games in with us. The only requirement is that you’re not a jerk really, we don’t deal with bullies well at all and get really ugly with people who treat others disrespectfully online. Talk to someone as you would if you were face to face.
And also as we are a group of family men just understand that real life always comes first. Good luck with the company hunt :). Getting in the right group makes the halo experience way more enjoyable.
We also have a destiny clan under the same name, if you’re in need of a destiny clan as well. And Which company in Spartan dads you would want would depend on your needs. (Ie achillies set requirements,)
Check out my company, Experimentalists. It’s a new company but I’ve been playing Halo 5 since it came out. I also have a Destiny 2 clan under the same name that’s growing at a rate of about 5 members per day. We are looking for mature players so we don’t have weekly requirements like a lot of other companies do. That takes away from the fun of the game, especially when you have a full-time job.

I play with a group of really cool people and latley we’ve been struggling to keep active players. We use discord a lot to chat too, so that way we build up more of a friendship so we all feel comfortable when we game. Just lookin for cool people to play with. It’s a smaller sized clan, but everyone in the clan has built a good friendship with one another, we joke around and have a good time when we’re on. The ages vary, but I myself am 32 if it matters.
