Hello, my name is Deathstroke and I am the leader of the spartan company Auspicious. We have about 13 members with all of them being Silver and above, 12 being Gold and above, 9 being Platinum and above, and 2 being Diamond.
I request a merge to the strongest will of the spartan companies out there. This particularly goes to the spartan companies that are stuck at 4 to 19 members.
The merge works by disbanding your current company and keeping your ranks. You then request to join mine, and then the merge continues, with putting whatever system your company had into ours, and you will be among the highest ranks.

ATTENTION MEMBERS AND FUTURE MEMBERS
When we hit 20 members, we will be adding in Time Zone Divisions, in which you play with that certain time zone and plan things with that time zone. With that also comes the rank of Time Division Leader, in which there will be one for every time zone. The requirements are that you must be the most active player in that time zone.
