You should check out the recruiting section, there are usually a few people looking for help. You can also check out community creations, there might be some active projects being discussed in there.

I know in the Reach forums they were looking for somebody to be in a machinima who has the blue flames helmet. I do have that, just can’t really be bothered to put in the time.
