I’ve decided to dedicate my game time more towards halo (halo and halo wars) I would like to find the following…
- A clan with a website (no facebook other means of communication other than the website and xbox)
- A clan that has active members that actively play halo (I’m not asking for everyday but active)
- Preferably a rule that only allows player 16+ to join
- A clan that allows friends of members to join them (unless the lobby is full or it’s a clan specified game night)
- A clan that has more goals then abit of armor (I’m more than happy to help obtain that with the community but I want to join a clan that actually wants to come together for more than such an insignificant reason.
- A clan that allows players of all skill levels to participate and help one another
I’ve been lucky to find clans with these things in the past but lately I’ve been having issues and people seem to care more about the amount of members they have rather than who their members are. I’m not concerned if you have 1000 members or 10 I’m looking for activity. If anyone can provide this I will do what I can to be an awesome members.
I will do the following
- help people get achievements
- Commit Sudoku in warzone (hate the game type but will play for the sake of the community xD)
- Play arena and help people learn how to play or learn with members (Highest I’ve peaked is diamond)
- Have fun times in social playlist
- Down to help create and test/play maps in customs and forge.
^ I will be doing similar things during halo wars de and 2

- We have people on every day, and we’re growing pretty fast. So if you add people you’ll almost always have someone to play with. We only do true military activities 4 or 5 times a week, however.
- We accept 14+ players, but we wash out those who aren’t mature enough to be with us. It’s very situational.
- We would it if you could invite your friends into Sierra, but we can’t let the uncommitted into our trainings/battles.
- We’re here to win and have fun doing it, and still play Halo together in a structured way.
- W will take pretty much anyone who will act mature and work with us.
Some info about the clan:
Sierra Company is a hardcore military clan with an outstanding combat record, competent leadership, and common-sense rules. It’s probably closest to what you’re used to if you were in any Reach military groups. We do raids, we have bootcamp, we do occasional drills, and we use older military rules (the ones that work well for us, of course).
We aren’t a company and we don’t require you to join ours.
Like I said, Sierra has a good combat record. We win roughly 80% of our raids and practice raids. Right now we’re on a 24 winning streak of BTB and Warzone. The reason that we win isn’t directly from skill or muscle memory. It’s tactics and communication. We have several active and veteran members of the US and Canadian armed forces, and we use military tactics on the battlefield. Coms are silent minus callouts or orders in serious matches. This gives us a massive edge.
