Looking for a competitive team

I have not played Reach for quite a while but the other day I started playing again and got pretty into it.

I am looking to get back into playing but I get tired of getting paired with randoms. I have a pretty low rank because I have not played a whole lot since the game came out but I think I am pretty good.

I would like to join a more competitive team rather than just for fun. I like playing slayer games mostly but I don’t mind objective games either(especially if its a coordinated team).

I also play Halo Wars with my buddy A LOT, along with BF3 and others.

I can usually get on weeknights around 6:30 p.m. Central time and probably most weekends, however I am a little busy sometimes so some nights I won’t be on.

My GT is Hoven7.

I am not sure what the difference between a clan and team are. So you’ll have to clarify that.

@eMeRaLcl, your thread is pretty much the same situation I am in however I have a pretty tight schedule so the time difference between the Midwest, US and England would be a problem.
