May I add: something that will help you get more people wanting to join is by not restricting them to what they can wear as an emblem and colors? I understand that stuff was popular back in the heydays but not so much now. Also, you’re restricting your members from playing customs where fun can be had until the grindiest thing in the game is earned? im only trying to give you some advice cuz I’m in a gaming community who actively recruits and people do tend to not stay very long when you put up restrictions in the game. It’s up to you in the end on what you do, but you may find it easier if you let loose some of your requirements.

Why do they have to wear a specific emblem when they reach a certain rank?
You guys don’t get it. I’ve had my company reach 80 plus members 3 times. After two weeks of play, they stop playing not because of the restrictions or requirements. They just play other games and forget about halo. So due to inactivity I remove then. Then they get mad cause they don’t know what they did wrong. Umm hello? If you’re not going to work for the Achilles Armor, you don’t deserve it. There’s been so many people in my company that joined just to get the armor, a bunch of - yoinking - leeches these Spartans are. If I could find 70 more Spartans like the ones in my company we’d be golden but there’s one problem. They don’t exist… All I want is a united hard working company that can follow simple instructions. All you have to do is play and not - yoink - about it.
