If you go to the Spartan companies recruiting thread I doubt you will have a problem finding anyone.
There are thousands of companies that fit casual/competative age etc.
For example im in a company with a group of dads who grew up playing halo but don’t have the time or quick reflexes to dominate the game anymore. Not all of us are very active but we are able to organize full fireteams for warzone and I never play alone anymore unless I want to in FFA. It’s made this game even more enjoyable.
Just find one that suits your personality/gamer style. I recomend anyone get into a clan/company. Halo is way more fun with someone to play with.
