do you mean a team as in a team of four or something. I would like to join , but im not up for changing gamertag or anything like that. I live in England u? BTW i would class myself as a good player BUT annoyingly i am very unconsistent;)

No one needs to change there gamertag.
A team of 4 would be good but probably a few more because I doubt the same people can be online at the same time, all of the time.
I understand what you mean by inconsistency; I also have bad and good days when it comes to playing Halo. All I want is to play with people who are friendly, competitive and most of all, can play as a team.
How does that sound?
