Look sensitivity has changed after update

It’s only just affected me now. I had one custom game and all felt fine. Load up another custom and bam. Movement feels so sensitive and my look sensitivity is only on 3 with acceleration on 2 but it feels like 5. Why and how ? It hasn’t changed back when turning console on and off and I have checked all settings.

I haven’t logged in yet today but sometimes the sensitivity changes at times. Some servers may be smoother than others or it could be swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

Aim with your left stick

I actually had to check my settings too after the update. My look sensitivity felt off. This might explain it.

Mine felt fine

Pretty sure there’s always been an issue due to the different servers. Some games it’s crisp, some games it’s crap.

There’s advanced sensitivity settings for Halo 5. When you go to your controller settings, you may notice an arrow (like this: > ) sitting beside Sensitivity. When you select it, two more options drop down which allow you to adjust the following:

  • Horizontal Sensitivity - Vertical SensitivityBoth can increase by increments of .5 each time, and can max out at 10. I play at the highest possible settings.

This functionality is a definite yes for the Xbox, though I am uncertain about the PC version. Then again, since they’re basically the same thing (minus the matchmaking on PC), I want to think likewise for both.

Hey. Thank you!

Don’t know why, I had the feeling it applied only for the Pc game…

Yes, exactly. I mean play the game on a PC (Personal Computer)…

Desktop I guess, it’s a demanding game as far as hardware goes…

I played the Anniversary Playlist last night and I thought it had changed my normal settings where so slow and laggy. Had to put them up one or two.
