Hi! I noticed that whenever I start Halo 5 and get into a game, the look sensitivity feels much higher than what I set it to. I can only fix this by restoring the settings to default (which does not change the number displayed), but returns the look sensitivity to normal. The problem is, every time I turn on the console or reopen the game, I have to do that or else the look sensitivity will be too high. Any ideas on how to fix this?
This sounds like a bug. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as it may be something to do with your profile having specific presets for the horizontal and vertical sensitivity axis. If you want a solution that doesn’t involve waiting a long time, then I would recommend putting in different sensitivity settings than the default, using those, then seeing if the problem persists. If it does and the sensitivity jumps higher (without changing the number displayed) then it’s an internal (non-profile related) issue.
Thanks for the tips! I’ll give it a shot.
Are you using a standard controller?
