During the Infinity and Spartan Ops part (Around 2:22 - 2:24) you can see the Promethean has sprint.
Will be updating as I find more of these placeholders / interesting things in the videos.

I think it’s just a placeholder. If I remember correctly, the Elites during the Halo Reach Beta used the UNSC armour abilities.
Proof they’re using the same old Reach engine, it still got the same old bugs 
I hope that one is fixed before release. Really 343i, why keep old bugs in new games, that’s now what the community asked for when they wished for “classic gameplay” (pun intended).

lolwut? It’s been the same engine since the very beginning… And of course it’s a placeholder, sprint is built in…
