Longshot. It feels much more like the original to me.
Sentinel. I love the way it looks and works.
I can’t vote, because I don’t have the longshot, just the Sentinel, but I favor the Sentinel BR over the DMR in Warzone (which is all I play since my 10 qualifying matches).
I have been using the Longshot AR and Sentinel BR every game since I got them and I love it. Sentinel BR is good for headshots, and I think it even has a second zoom state (x4 & x6?) I haven’t messed with yet.
I strongly prefer the Longshot scope. The glare on the Sentinel scope is incredibly annoying and makes it borderline useless in some situations.
I’d go Longshot. Because of the magnification the Sentinel scope has, it’s entirely innefective at any range you’d actually want to use a BR at. The Longshot scope has the right range to kill people in mid-range combat, which can’t really happen on the Sentinel.
Longshot. Sentinel is so shaky at anything but the longest range and while the scope has increase magnification it seems the aim assist doesn’t increase very much. I’m more comfortable with the longshot.
Sentinel BR with Laser Targeter (GameStop preorder bonus) is basically death on a stick.
I haven’t tried the longshot yet. I will tonight and come back to vote here.
Edit: the Longshot is infinitely better! So glad I tried it.
