So my buddy and I just played a 302:17 minute game. It was the longest game we have ever played on halo wars 2 and we where losing 95% of the time. We had 3 bases and we were able to push up for the forth one and around 30minute mark we were at a stand still against the enemy team for about 4 hours. We were arguing trying to figure out if we should quit the game since we thought it was a game over. Lucky we decided to stay in the game and fight it out until we had the perfect opportunity to take out the enemy team. The last 30 minute we beat the enemy team by doing a blitzkrieg strategy.
My main question is this the longest game ever on halo wars 2?

My longest game lasted 6 hours vs PatrickMac when he was playing Pavium (pre-nerfs). I had 5 bases, he had 1. That’s just how broken Pav was at the time.
I ended up resigning because I was hungry. He claims he went to subway though and I in all my horribly chivalrous honor didn’t attack.
I could try to dig up the post game stats, but it was a very long time ago and Waypoint wouldn’t even be able to load the page due to the amount of information on it.

Nice! Pavium was Annoying since he was able to heal everything and do so much damage especially when the other teammate place is Sergeant Johnson and those down the bunker.
3 hours. Friend of mine wanted to learn how to play. He used Anti Air and Blisterbacks, had 1 scarab. I had all ghe bases and he only had 1. Blisterbacks and reavers were maxed out at vet 3 and scarab was vet 3 as well. He also had high point advantage. I gave up due to hunger and it was like 3am.
Damn my longest was against two legendary ai. Me and my friend were starting out. At first we had the advantage for like 15 minutes then they had the advantage and then we were just at a standstill. I didn’t know people played for over a hour you guys are insane.
