First off I’d like to say that i am not knowledgable on the technical aspect of microsoft’s servers, so please spare me replies that relate to that. It seems like every week there’s one day in which the servers don’t work and the Xbox live community has to go through this very frustrating online experience that we pay for. Instead of focussing on these temporary server fixes that last about a week, Microsoft should focus on a long term plan to fix the servers so that we won’t have to go through weekly server failures. I’d be in support of a 3-4 Xbox live shutdown so that Microsoft could fix these servers that would work in the long haul. Surely a multi-million dollar corporation like Microsoft has the resources to be able to do a long term fix on their servers
