I completed the campaign on legendary a few hours ago and this achievement along with the co-op one aren’t unlocking, it says that I’m at 93%. You can check that I completed every mission on my service record. Does anyone have a fix or any tips that I should try? I’ve deleted my MAC address, restarted my Xbox, I also did a factory reset and I have deleted the local saved data for the game various times.
You might have to beat the last level again, or wait for it to kick in. I’m in the same boat with not getting the achievement for beating the game with another player. I feel your pain.

It’s not the first time that this game does this to me. It happened with Harbinger and the one about winning on the first 3 Warzone maps, which unlocked like an entire year after I actually completed it. MCC is known for having issues with achievements. I hope they sort this out with Infinite.
usually it means a level or two are not registering complete with the game or Xbox life services. You can check to see if you have the legendary completion symbol and if they all do you might have to play through every level until it unlocks. I’ve had to do this for a past few games:

Your Waypoint service record shows that you have the achievement - might have just been a sync issue, but you should check again.

The achievement unlocked a few hours ago after I completed one of the missions where you have to talk to people; thanks.
