i just did every mission on halo 4 on legendary yet i did not get the achievement, it says its only 87% completed which is weird since there is no more missions or cutscenes to do.

Same here. I did it solo on legendary but this particular achievement just won’t pop up. The progression is stuck at 62%. I’m sure I’d completed it since it says so in the in-game menu.
Hope this can be fix soon and please don’t make me do this all over.
Same issue here as well. I don’t know what’s going on, but to be honest, so far this game is a disappointment. Can’t even play the multi-player at all. And what happens when I decide to play some of the campaign? I don’t even get credit for what I did. Woo hoo!
You may have to check your commendations. I’m not sure if the achievement is tied in with commendations or actual mission progress in halo 4 on the 360, and my knowledge is even more limited on xbox one, but it may simply be that you
a) Had a bad connection to MS (Surprise Surprise) while completing the missions, so the didnt count, or
b) Were simply offline at the time of completing the missions.
OP, looking at your service record shows you have completed Halo 4 on legendary, and you have acviements to match - Congratulations on fixing your own error.
Second Poster, Your Service Record indicates you still need to complete the levels Infinity, Reclaimer and Shutdown. Not the hardest set of three, so good luck. If you requrie any assitance, I can gladly PM you some shortcuts.
Third Poster, Your Service Record shows you still need to do Composer and Midnight on Legendary. Not exactly the easiest duo, but I’m confident in your ability. I’m afraid I have no assistance for you though - there are no shortcuts on those levels.
