So today I finished the campaign solo on legendary. I unlocked the gear and the commendation Legend. However, I did not unlock the achievements for heroic, legendary, or solo legendary completion. The problem may be that my campaign progress was reset for some reason, which locked the missions Dawn & Requiem and said I had never watched the Intro, which I had already done all of these things on solo legendary. Is this theory correct?
Armor and etc. is unlocked through Commendations, but the achievements look to your game progress. Yes, all of the missions should show in-game that they were completed on Legendary.
Check all the commendations on your service record, both on Waypoint and Xbox. Finish any you haven’t done. If not, then 343’s screwed you.
Thank you guys for your feedback. 343 thought I had not done the Intro, Dawn or Requiem so I am testing that out and I believe that is the problem. But it sucks that I had to do those 2 missions on Legendary AGAIN.
After the June Champion’s Bundle TU was released, there were issues with Campaign progress being lost, loadouts resetting, and others. These issues were supposedly resolved in a subsequent TU. This shouldn’t happen to you again.

When was this “subsequent TU”? I haven’t played for about 4 days, but each time I’d sign in, I’d have to change my loadouts since they’d reset, my emblem would change, my unlocked stuff would all reset and all show as “new”, and my Campaign’s reset.
