I completed the game on legendary back in 2016 solo and my achievement never popped. I got the achievement forging a legend but never lone wolf. It is stuck at 93% but on xbox.com it shows 200% complete. Halowaypoint shows all missions complete solo on legendary and my service record in game. I’ve replayed multiple missions, did a factory reset on my Xbox and nothing is working. Not sure what else to do.
It may seems like a pretty stupid question but it has to be asked: did you replay the entire campaign on Legendary? I know you said you have replayed multiple missions.
Not the whole campaign since I started again. My first run through i completed solo on legendary and I’ve completed the first 7 missions again on my second attempt so far with mission select jumping around to try different ones.

More than likely it is just one of the missions isn’t being registered properly. I would suggest completing your second run on Legendary just to be 100% sure without skipping any cutscenes and if it hasn’t unlocked by then, my other suggestion is to submit a support ticket and see if any suggestions the Support Team offer works.

There is some issus with Archivemnt and do you try to conplete on CoOp?

I have completed the first 3 missions in coop but that’s all.
