Beat the game solo on legendary but achievement says 93% complete. Checked all missions and they show completed on legendary. Anybody else having this issue?

Edit: Just checked my record on this website says im still missing two… Well back to campaign.
Replayed last mission watched all scenes and credits still nothing
Turn your xbox off then back on you it worked for me.
Did a hard reset of my xbox and it worked thanks!
