I just got 150,00 score on lone wolf and at around 151k, i decided to kill myself to end the game and get the achievement. However the game instead reset my score to -87 and put me back to the start of the level. I quit the game and realised i never got the achievement although i still got 150k score.
I cant send a screenshot of my score (as it was reset) but i can send one of my kills in the game as evidence for getting the score.
I haven’t gone for the achievement myself yet but I would assume you would have to finish the campaign mission in order for the achievement to unlock.

Unfortunately whenever you quit the game, you forfeit the Achievement. I know that that achievement is a really hard one to get because I have gotten that one myself. You have to finish the level by getting taken out by the enemies and then watching or skipping through the cut scene.
