Preorder bonuses for a AAA titles usually are distributed from the retailers, not the developers. Contact whoever you preordered from.
I know GameStop had a preorder early Hunter unlock for example.

A Google search didn’t reveal anything concerning first two week promotional armor.
The armour the OP is on about is the Tenshin Raikou (Hope I spelt that correctly), it should have been given out to those who got the game months back. If its not in your Req collection then I don’t know what to tell you.

Lol I’m asking that as well lol. I been here since h5 launch OP, I don’t recall them giving us free armour just by playing for the first two weeks. Far as I know they’ve given the Achilles (if you beat commendations), helioscrillwhatever it’s called (if you beat mcc on legendary, but it’s in reqs now), and the HWC armor few weeks ago (which was free off marketplace).

From Amazon I got an email of what to do to get their pre-order bonus after it shipped. Followed the instructions and the req pack appeared with the stuff. It’s nothing you can’t get through playing though.
If you played Halo 5 within the first 2 weeks you were guaranteed this armour set.
I got the code sent to me on ‘xbox messages’ … this is how you were meant to get it.
