Logged on and all my game states were cleared????

I logged on to play some halo this morning and when I signed in, I was a level like 38 and now it’s all the way back to level one and all my reqs and everything else is gone?!?

Try hard resetting your Xbox OP, if you check here on Waypoint all your stuff will still be there

On here is says everything is still there but how do I reset it?
