I am logged in to Xbox Live and I even check the internet connection. However, every time I try to play any infinity, spartan ops and matchmaking, it tells me that I’m not signed in. I tried logging off and on and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions would be great to solve this problem.

I am having the same problem. When I turn on my console everything signs in as normal, but as soon as I load up Halo 4 it says I’m not connected and the Xbox Live option is gone from the Network Status menu. As soon as I go back to the Xbox Dashboard I’m connected again. Is their a problem with the servers?
Edit: I found a possible solution. I just recovered my gamertag and it worked fine afterwards.
I have already checked my network and it is already set to xbox live.
Here’s another thing we can check, Zeros1234: do you have at least an 8GB USB Flash Drive or an Xbox 360 Hard Drive? One of the two is required to play Halo 4 multiplayer.
I have a 8GB USB drive. I can sometimes play online, but it only works around 4 days after I continuously try online and it only works for a day.
