It is available to everyone, but if you pre-order from Mighty Ape you receive a special skin for the helmet.

It has been rumored/hinted at that all pre-order bonuses will be made available to everyone at a later date.

The preorder bonus is the skin for the helmet, the helmet isn’t tied to any retailer, all armor, is unlockable from with in the game.

Each pre-order skin comes specifically from each retailer. You do not get the armour as part of the pre-order. It’s only there just to show you what it would look like.

Are you talking about the Locus helmet… because I don’t know what a Locust helmet is… /smartassery.

So far it’s my favorite helmet shown, but I’m really intrigued by the Pathfinder helmet name. I want to see an in-game picture of it, or a better shot of the extra content in the LE game, so I can get a better idea of what it looks like.
