Any word on them being retailer exclusive, or just being unlocked early like pre-order Reach’s Recon. Or just a skin (Although the PAX video’s don’t show it as a skin)or has 343 yet to speak about it?
As far as I know, all pre-order bonuses can still be unlocked by everyone through game progression. I think there was an exception and that may have been FOTUS (but now it seems FOTUS isn’t even included in the console bonus). I think Deadeye will still be unlocked by everyone at some point. Not sure about Locus.

I agree, though, it needs a skin, it doesn’t look nearly as good with one solid colour.

This is incredibly false. Why are people throwing this around? BS Angel even said on a twitter response that FOTUS is included with the console. I will do some digging for it, but the tweet was literally, like, today.

Do you have any proof to that claim? Because from what I have heard all of those points are false.

The preorder Recon WAS exclusive and still is. It’s an attachment that can’t be unlocked any other way.

What, really? I never knew. I always thought that we just got it early and then other who didn’t pre-order got it when they unlocked Recon and it’s variants… Ooops =I
