Locus armor can’t be equipped from shop?

So I bought the Locus armor since it was the coolest armor from halo 4 on infinite but for some reason when I bought it my credits didn’t go down to 0 and I can’t even equipped it anyone know why anyone can’t use it or equipped it yet?

Not sure, but I’m having the same issue.

Cheapest bundle on the shop and it isn’t working. Wow. I was even thinking of snagging it.

Seems they fixed it now

Why are you buying armor from the shop anyway?

Man the Armor looks fire but that Coating is just not it man

Edit

I take it back, got home and had a proper look it’s actually not that bad, I wished the boots weren’t white as I look like I’m wearing New Balance Joggers

Because ever since they vaulted the season 1 stuff I starting to buy the season 2 stuff that looks the coolest since season 1 and 2 stuff won’t return till season 3.

It’s a glitch.

It’s in the shop but in some aspect “not released”

Buy it thru waypoint/ app or here.
Restart halo infinite it should be there.

When I tried thru xbox it would say “owned” but it didn’t take credits…
And wasn’t unlocked or visible in customization menu.

Went to waypoint store, inspect first than buy.
it spent the credits took a couple minutes than i could wear / see it.

I had the same problem I usually keep my games in quick resume so I completely quit the game then reloaded it and that fixed the problem for me hope this works for you to

None of it even matters, dude. It’s all worthless. Nobody cares how cool you look in infinite when all you did to get the armor/color is use your wallet.

Let’s say you only want it for yourself, why would you ever want to wear virtual armor that you HAD to pay for? It’ll get old because there’s no inherent value or meaning behind it’s existence.

Think of Recon or any of the unlockables in Halo 3-4.

He cares and it’s his money so it matters to him. Don’t make the mistake in thinking that just because something does not matter to you then it doesn’t matter to anyone.

When people waste their money on this kind of crap, it lets companies like 343 get away with monetizing a MAJOR aspect of what Halo always used to be.

What he likes to do with his wallet directly affects people like me who want a box price game that’s content complete.

He’s part of the problem and it’s embarrassing that he outs himself on forums for everyone to know.

Ok but that isn’t what you said, half an hour ago you said it didn’t matter and nobody cares and that is what I responded to, I can’t respond to things you haven’t actually said, that wouldn’t be fair.

I’m convincing him to stop wasting his money on stuff that doesn’t matter and doesn’t impress anyone. It’s worthless and actively harms the game.

He’s just letting 343 know there’s a problem with the armor. That in of itself isn’t good because you know the armor wasn’t cheap. If I ever decide that I wanted something from the store, it most certainly better not try and glitch out on me once I’ve spent what I needed to spend.

The point of the post is to let 343 know about the Locus armor bug. Not to debate the morality of purchasing stuff from a pricy shop. After all, it’s not your money being spent is it?

Hey. Come on. Why are we getting so worked up over this post? He’s not bothering anyone. All he did was reveal he’s having issues with armor he’s paid for and all of a sudden he’s untrustworthy or compliant in Halo Infinite’s destruction.

Not everyone who purchases something from the store is complicit. He simply was having issues and I can validate that because I’ve seen pictures showing the bugs in action.

Let’s calm it down.

I do. That doesn’t mean I’m going to shame people into acting the way I do.

The fact that he’s buying up all the stuff is a product of FOMO. Which 343 is using to manipulate people into panic buying stuff out of fear of another surprise vaulting.

He literally says that the reason he’s buying is because all the season 1 stuff got vaulted and he wants to get ahead of that so he’s not caught off guard again.

I’m not sure what’s going on but I was looking for a post about this. In the shop the item is listed as requiring a new core to be equipped but there are only the same five cores in the armoury as normal. I presumed it would be equipped to the mark VII set.

Lots of people post about issues on the forums. Sometimes it’s to verify what support has told them, sometimes it’s to try and establish how widespread an issue might be, whether there are workarounds, to bring more attention to a problem etc that doesn’t make them an idiot.
