Lockes visor with console?

Can anyone confirm they got lockes visor with the new console? I’ve bought the new console and don’t have the visor, wondering if that’s meant to be right?

I have it, though I also got the console at GameStop and that could have been it too

I got it but I don’ think it was because of the console I think it was just random XD

I think Locke’s visor comes with the separate Locke style controller, not the console.
