So in the final cutscene made by Blur, there are bunch of spartans in the corner, who are they?
I reckon one of them could be Buck as he may now be a spartan and another one could be Mesa/Macer (No idea how to spell her name) from Nightfall
Any ideas?
Probably other ONI agents. Even Macer from Nightfall

Probably just nameless Spartan-IV redshirts. Remember the Halo 4 promotional images, where we saw Master Chief with other Spartans, and we were all asking, “Who are they? What are their names? Who are their voice actors?”…and then it turned out that the Spartan-IVs we saw were Marines without the distinctive characters or voices…

Centurion armour. It was a high level unlock in the beta, and apparently what Fred wears.

That’s not Centurion. It’s different, and new.
