My account’s ranks have been locked in all ranked playlists. I noticed this issue began once I received a 30-minute suspension for quitting too many games. Any wins or losses on my account are not being synced permanently like they should be.
For example, I am a rank 32 in the Halo 2 Classic playlist. I have ranked up several times to a 34/35 and it will show my rank increase in-game (i.e. in lobbies). However, when other players click on my account and look at my “highest rank achieved” it does not take into account my most recent wins/losses and will display a 32 in H2 Classic, regardless of whether I have recently ranked up (or down). Furthermore, when I turn off my Xbox or “quit” the game from the Xbox dashboard and load up Halo MCC again, my rank will return to its “locked” number (i.e. 32 in H2 Classic). I noticed this also happens in other playlists like Doubles and in Halo 3. I also tried de-ranking my level in H3 to see if it was a rank increase issue. I purposefully ranked down in-game from a 16 to a 15. I then “quit” my game from the dashboard and loaded it up again. Once I did that, my rank returned to a level 16 despite the fact that I had clearly just ranked down.
Is there a way to quickly “unlock” my account so my ranks will go up and down appropriately?
