Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps that the Forum Team posted? If not, I would give them a try first and possibly rebooting your box. Also worth looking through some of the troubleshooting steps that ChicknBoneJones has posted as he and the team have tried to narrow down what has been causing issues for folk.

i have tried everything you mentioned and nothing works.

I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve followed all the procedures but it’s still not working. I was watching it today with no problems. Sign back in later in the evening and now I’m locked out.
