Yesterday, I’ve done a post called “Where are our petitions”, compilating some of our feedback to 343i. Today, my post was locked. Why? Our Monitor Ka Five said that it was against the rules to give" petitions". I’m from Spain, and the translation of petition is “petición”, that means " request" or just feedback. So I just want to know if it were a confusion, or it is really against the rules to give feedback?

Haha, giving feedback is totally fine. What happened was likely a translation error.
It is however, against the rules to make petitions (which is when you try to gather signatures in order to sway a someone of power to do something) and the monitor who locked your post likely assumed you were referring to that. Little discrepancies like that can be a problem with translation which is why the forums request all posts be in English.
Oh, and it’s also against the rules to discuss forum moderation on the forums, but feel free to take it up with a monitor/moderator in the future and they’ll likely be more than happy to help. I’d recommend PM’ing KaFive specifically (seeing as how he is the one who locked your post) if you have further questions.

Please do not start any “Sign petition” threads or solicit information from users. Please use the boards to start conversation about ideas or thoughts on Halo. Starting a discussion is a much more meaningful way to get a response from the community.

Very normal for a thread to be locked because moderator did not like the contents of that post. happen to me multiple times on my now very old account which i don’t use anymore.

Out of all forums I visit this has to be the worst.
- so many complainers
- Very strict and stupid rules (Never seen a forum as strict as this)
- Moderators
but I still visit because it’s halo.

“So many complainers” Yeah, imagine how much worse it would be without moderators. I prefer the rules and mods on here. I’ve seen countless troll, repeat, insult threads on here that get locked by the mods pretty quickly and that’s how I’d like it to stay. I don’t want a cesspool of a site filled with pointless, hate-filled threads everywhere.
