I am on pc. I own all the halo wars 2 content. I have played all of it before. Starting about 2 weeks ago i am getting a recurring bug where a random amount of the content is locked. it most often hits the terminus firefight and various dlc commanders. The best part of this bug is that it seems to be a random roulette. Sometimes i start the game and lose forge (or any one commander). Sometimes i start the game and lose access to all the dlc. Sometimes its just two or three commanders. Restarting the game seems to reshuffle what i lose access to but its very frustrating to take 4 or five game resets just because i want to play a specific commander.
I have been getting the same exact bug for about the same amount of time. This last time for me it was Forge and the Nightmare dlc, but will probably change like always just how DracMage described. I also should have all content unlocked, and I am also on PC.
Same here it sometimes works and sometimes not I click go to store and it registers that I already own the conent, aditionally at times I play the multiplayer and ranked locks out characters…!?
Update seems if I sign in to xbox with the win 10 app then reload the game the features become available again, I have tested thi a few times.
This issue just started up for me now. Restarting my computer didn’t help, and signing in through the Windows Store app doesn’t fix it, either.
This is ridiculous. I payed for this stuff well before now, and yet I arbitrarily can’t use it…
I really hope it isn’t because I have the ultimate edition, since they removed it from the store.

I’m having the same problem. Would it be possible to get an official statement of the devs that they are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it?
I also should have all content unlocked, and I am playing on PC.
