#1. Settle down.
I like the match build to then exit the game and celebration music or loss music then into lobby. That’s cool. After that it should essentially be a bass run and minor sounds adding to it. A low key “while we wait” for the next game. Instead it goes back to full blown crashing and splashing on the drums not once but three times over and over. Three runs. Not three crashes on cymbals. Win or loss. Chill out. Plus is authentic music obviously which makes it more annoying. I find this so so so obnoxious. I walked away for 5 mins and run upstairs to turn the music down. It’s a waiting lobby. We are waiting for the next game. Settle down please.
Other than that I love the game! Thx 343!

The music gets very self congratulatory at times and it is honestly rather annoying.

The campaign soundtrack is one of my favorite OSTs of all time. Great balance of new and old and fits the mood of the Chief/Cortana story.
That said, I’m not a fan of the MP music. It also distracts from essential sound data like hearing enemy footsteps. So I mute music while I’m playing MP.

the menu music (aside from the main halo suite) sounds so… generic. overly hyped to the point of i’m honestly kinda done with the music, it really doesn’t suite halo imo

If you open the credits it resets the music back to the campaign soundtrack. The 8 or so songs on the mix are really nice. However, once you search for a game, it goes back to the MP soundtrack. So you have to search for a game, open the credits, back out, and you’re golden. Also you can repeat it multiple times to get the right song (since it’s shuffled).
