Lobby Menus / Visible GT and Ranks

A lot of you don’t know me but I have been making some UI concepts that have been posted on Reddit and they have had some pretty mixed reviews regarding multiple things. Veto, voting, and matchmaking lobbies. Here is the imgur link to the concepts: http://imgur.com/a/9f9Ov The concepts had an original style where it showed the players gamertags and ranks, which caused its own controversy. While thinking about why Halo 5 removed that ability after the beta due to more players quitting, even if the lobby was locked, I think I may have come up with a possible solution.

In Halo 5 all you can see is the player emblems being filled to show that the lobby is full. Previous Halo games showed gamertag and rank as well. My solution would be a blend of the 2. What if while searching the emblems would appear and gamertags and ranks would be either blurred out or not visible, then allow the players to inspect either a particular player or the whole lobby? Doing this would then make the gamertags and ranks visible to the player but at a cost of making the quit penalty more severe. There would have to be a confirmation of course stating what choice the player is about to make.

What are everyone’s thoughts and opinions on a compromise like this being implemented into future Halo titles?
