Lobby fireteam doesn't always end up in the same in-game fireteam

Hi All, anyone else had this? i know its not really important but just wanted to know if its standard or whether i am missing an option somewhere?

I have also had this happen. I think the game just dumps people in whichever order they finish loading. This is why sometimes a fireteam of 4 won’t even get into the same game, a 4th player will sometimes just get left out of the match and have to wait for someone to leave to get in.

I recently queued with just one other person on my fireteam and the person I queued with didn’t even show up in my team.
