Hi all, I’m seriously puzzled by the issues I’m having with Halo 5. I’ve even reinstalled the game at the small chance it would resolve this issues, but no!
Issues as follows:
• Multiplayer lobby crashing, failing to loads matches and impossible to cancel out. (Force restart is the only thing that works).
• Grenades aren’t throwing
• Guns aren’t picking up from the ground
• I’m firing rounds and rounds into opponents and its not effecting them
I can’t find many other similar issues online. Surely it’s not just me???
Can anyone recommend the best way to contact 343 or Microsoft to try and resolve the! I just signed up to XBOX Live for another year and i can’t play the game! Refund appears to be my only option

Strangely, I occasionally get a match that works fine.
Warzone is a total fail though
All of those issues sound like problems with your internet to be, all were issues I had in previous halo games due to awful internet which went away when I upgraded.

ISP means “Internet Service Provider”, the company you that provides you with your internet.

This dude beat me to it. Check your internet. Maybe someone is streaming a movie or watching youtube while your trying to play
Nope, its not an issue with the speed, I tested Gears of War Ultimate too see if multiplayer issues was only happening to Halo or not… and Gears works perfectly.
It’s really strange, been playing multiplayer games for over a decade and never known anything like this.
