Lobby chat doesn’t work, be this the pregame lobby, post games or with just friends. My friends all have their chat settings set to “open” but we can only communicate via XBL.
This was one of the reasons previous halos were so good (halo reach was the last I remember - halo 5 had the same issue with intermittent lobby chat).
This absolutely needs to be fixed as a matter of priority. Also - default settings should be set to “open” with the option to disable. And proximity chat too - that needs to come back
