Ever since the new update for Xbox 360 and the release of the Champions Bundle, a few friends and I have noticed that our loadouts have been resetting consistently, just about every day…
Has anyone else been having the same issue?
Is 343 aware of this issue and are they working to fix it?
Its a known issue. I’ve not had any problems if that makes you feel any better.
It’s happened to me a couple times since the game came out. Slightly annoying but nothing for me to rage over.

I know that it used to happen every so often and it didn’t bother me so much, but now, ever since the update it’s been happening to my friends and I every day…
Happened to me when I played the ricohet playlist. My perks got reset weapons were fine. Its no big deal, you can fix ingame and doesn’t seem to happen to much.
It happened to me and my buddy multiple times in between games for the last week. To the point where I’ve had to re make my loadouts sometimes 3-4 times a day.
It only happened to me once so far. I didn’t catch it until I was already in a game.
I actually enjoyed using the AR, though.
its been happening to me since release, its just now becoming more of a problem since the Champions Bundle since it has become more widespread.
My loadout are getting reset after playing campaign.
Keeps happening to me. I’m playing mostly SWAT and Snipers until a fix is available. Not too bad, I like SWAT and Snipers.
It is definitely an annoyance though, particularly if you are an active matchmaking player who prefers loadout-based playlists.
Four times already, after different events!
My loadouts have only reset once - right after I downloaded the update that gave us the two new armor mods. I believe they are aware of the issue.
my stance and loadouts have been resetting since halo 4 came out. I still get it once a week at least. very frustrating.
I have noticed a pattern for me at least, stances and loadouts reset every other time i play halo (reset, no reset, rest, no reset, reset).
For the fifth time!

And on another note, the weapon skins dont work on Spartan Ops for me
This has been happening to me a lot! Whenever I play with friends my loadouts reset and my armor does too. Such a pain
Loadouts are reset and Spartan Points are refunded when a new Loadout slot is unlocked. This occurs at SR-6, SR-14, SR-26 and SR-41. When you reach these levels, you will need to re-purchase all items and redo your Loadouts. No Spartan Points will be lost.
This happened to me yesterday as well. I’m SR130 so it had nothing to do with getting a new loadout slot unlocked.
This happens to me sometimes when I have a guest playing on my account, but its been a while since it last happened. Luckily, I only use one loadout, so it wasn’t that big of a deal to fix it.
