Ok, for the past while I’ve noticed my loadouts being reset to basically nothing somehow. The guns stay the same sometimes when it happens, but every time without fail my other settings are set to ‘none’. Sometimes even the weapons get set back to default AR/Magnum too, but not every time.
I just now think I discovered what’s causing this. Netflix. Somehow. I don’t know 100% for sure, but it looks like every time I go watch Netflix from my Xbox and come back to play Halo my loadouts are at least partially scrapped, if not completely reset from what I had them. I haven’t done a proper test yet, but those are really the only two things I’ve done back to back on the Xbox. Tonight I turned my xbox on and watched Netflix first thing, then when I was done went onto Halo and sure enough I had no loadouts again.
My girlfriend is having this same problem, I really dont think it’s netflix as i have watched netflix almost every night and my loadouts have stayed the same. Thats not to say it isn’t causing your issue.

IDK it might be netflix. I’m currently at my friend’s house and after watching netflix on his account we went to Halo 4. Only his loadouts were reset not mine. So it’ possibly netflix. I don’t have a better lead than that.
I doubt it’s Netflix. That was happening to me too…randomly. I thought maybe I was accidentally hitting the Y-button during respawn, or something. I quit playing H4 last week so I haven’t experienced it since then.
Thanks everyone for replying with your experiences, this issue is very inconvenient and needs to be looked into. I’ll keep trying things to replicate it and see if I can narrow it down.
