Every time I load Halo 4, my loud outs and SP are reset. So I have to buy everything and fix my load outs every time I want to play.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I know it’s a hassle having to redo your Loadouts before playing. 
This has also occurred to me today and I’ve not passed through a specific SR rank to cause it as I’ve been SR130 for over a month plus. Just re-bought everything to get my loadouts back.
DLC weapons and Specialization related Upgrades are not affected by this SP issue however.
Hey dudes. since the new add-ons like the survivor pack, my load-outs have been going hay-wire. Got a shock the first few times that it has happen. seems to be really bad after I do Spartan opps or campaign. I was kinder hoping 4 a quick fix. hence this note. mean while my H4 keeps jumping and /or freezing a lot of late. (eg)nothing like jet packing over a high wall, to find out that you just committed suicide. no ground underneath but was there before hand. I wonder if the championship rounds had that problem? Hi i got almost the same problem. All the items i have are marked with a gold star. And moments ago in a game my Loadouts were reset and i have to buy all the weapons and armor mods stuff like that. I still have all the 52 SP… but its so annoying! It happens few days afther the release of the Champion DLC

You gotta be more descriptive as your explanation is too vague. It’s not resetting in-game. You just dont notice it until then. So far Ive tested various scenarios, and it seems Campaign missions reset everything and SpOps i havent tested, but may be hit or miss.
Any time you play a game mode, check your loadouts immediately after. Im sure it will make it easier to find the source problem (which im sure is those 2 game modes; if not both, Campaign for sure).
I’m having similar issues with my loadouts. I have only had them reset on me once, all my spartan points were refunded though. However I am still having issues equipping my loadouts in game. They are customized and set in the lobby but as soon as a game starts I can only pick from the 5 default loadouts. I am playing in Big Team Infinity Slayer so it shouldn’t be a game type issue, as I’ve never had it happen before I downloaded the bullseye map pack.
It isn’t the end of the world but it’s very annoying to not have any of my abilities or weapons. I’m level 67 if I remember correctly and it started happening around August 28/29.

I’m SR130 and my loadouts have reset 4 times now since downloading the Champions bundle or the TU arrived, so it’s not limited to certain SR ranks as is suggested.

don’t blame u from having a head spin from it. the knew survivor pack is the cause and yes it occurs after campaign or Spartan ops. sometimes part loadouts or or have reset.
I’m level 53 and this is happening to me too, I think its campaign related. It wasn’t an issue until i played campaign again for the first time in ages. That’s when it resets.

my lookout has been reset and the same for my spartan armor has been reset to recruit.
same for my stance.
can somebody from 343 tell us when they have fix it?
Thank you for your patience in this matter, this is something we are still investigating and are working to resolve.
Whenever I play a Campaign mission, my loadout items become locked again and my SP are refunded. Any loadout items that are not purchasable with SP (such as DLC skins) remain in the loadout, and my armor, stances and emblems are unaffected.
I’ve been getting the same issue as well. I hope 343 will fix this.

This happened to me as well. I played a little bit of the campaign, and today when I got home from work my loadouts were reset. This is the first time it happened since I bought the new DLC, and that was the first time I’ve played the campaign. I’m going to go start the campaign again just to see if it happens again or not.

I’ve been at SR-130 for quite a while. Since the latest DLC (just installed about 10 days ago), switch between campaign, MM or Custom, and the loadouts are reset. Happened again last night. It’s fun going into a MM game where you’re the only one with default loadouts.

How far is the update?
I am now also experiencing the same problem for the last week.
I have also lost all campaign progress, and had completed on Legendary. I am now in the process of completing the game again on Legendary. Just to unlock all levels.

But I am already ranked 130. Why do my Custom Loadouts, Spartan Points keep getting reset?
I have already unlocked all 5 Loadouts.
