Loadout weapons in forge

I thought of a way loadout weapons could work in forge. Say we have an Assualt rifle, when you select it and go into the advanced settings menu then you can change whatever part of it you want, so you can put a scope and silencer or something. What does everyone think?

sounds cool and totally piratical. 343 listen to this guy good ideas

As great of an idea that is, I’m not sure it’s that simple. I have noticed in WZ, if you have weapon A (for example, a standard AR) and you run over weapon B (for example, a suppressed AR) you cannot pick up the ammo from weapon B, even though they are both ARs, they aren’t the same “type” of AR. Get what I mean? It’s a great idea and I am all for it, (I want to do a lot of testing with loadout weapons and power weapons/vehicles) but I’m not sure if it is as simple as changing a setting or two. Great idea, though!

Thanks bruvs!
I think the type of ammo issue wouldn’t effect the gameplay much, but I get what you mean.
