The class system doesn’t make sense to me. How can your spartan start out with an alien weapon/AA? Did they just take it off of Requiem and use it during the training simulation? Or are the weapons stimulated at the beginning? If they are then wouldn’t that give the spartans a disadvantage since the whole point of the stimulation is to practice with your weapon?
I know, gameplay > canon, but changing the system would actually improve the gameplay for most players. Since they’re complaining about the boltshot, a forerunner weapon, being OP. Personally I don’t think it is, but the majority does. Here is how they could change it.
Only have the UNSC equipments as start loadouts, the others have to be picked up at a designated spot on the map.
What do you think?
War Games is a training simulator, meant to teach Spartan IVs combat. It makes perfect sense for Covenant and Forerunner weapons to be in loadouts because it teaches Spartans not only how to use the weapons when they find them, but how to defend against them when they are used against them.

Ah that makes sense. So why isn’t there a mode like invasion? Wouldn’t that also be helpful since it helps spartans learn to defend themselves against the covenant and promethean tactics? I don’t know about you but I would like to be a supportive watcher.
