Has anyone else sometimes loses your load-outs when restarting Halo? Like it only give you a AR and Magnum and nothing else and you need to redo what you had there before.

Welcome to Halo 4. Game should have been titled Halo: Glitch Evolved. Whole thing is one giant glitch.
I have also had that issue.
A couple times.
Ok every single day when I load up the first time.

Another one here who has experienced this glitch multiple times 
I have had it happen to me a couple times. once on Longbow, but then i grabbed the sniper and chose not to care. 19 and 2 I went, made sure to let them know i did it bare -Yoinked!- with no perks xD
Seriously though -Yoink- this glitch, it’s like a death sentence when all you play is BTB o.o
It takes me a good 15 min to put everything back to what it was. its a pain.
Very unfortunate that this is happening…quite annoying as well! Has happened several times with me. A lot of “problems” with this game. Its sad to see that things like this happen with it. These glitches almost seem like they should have never occurred and it makes 343 look like rookies in the gaming world when things like this happen. I still enjoy the game very much however. If you couldn’t fix the small, stupid, simple problems with it then it shouldnt have been released…but i guess that will occur when your just trying to make a quick buck. If you watch any of the making of Halo 4 vids they all seem to be in agreement that they spent countless hours (years for that matter) to perfect it. So how does something like this occur? Very suspect and a let down in my eyes to the community and fans.
I have had my whole Halo 4 multiplayer thing get reset. I still had the armors unlock and the level, but I had recruit armor on. It also rest all the terminals I found in the campaign.
