Loading window crashes and it's first time to start the game

I can’t start the game at all;

After clicking play, I get an error messages saying: “couldn’t find compatible graphics device…”

when I click continue game starts and plays the intro and loads about 50% then crashes at this point:

I forgot to say that I copied the dlls from “dx12” game folder to “Windows\System32” folder as attempt to solve the problem, that might have caused the game to display the “incompatible windows” message.

My windows and AMD drivers are on the latest versions. and I’m sure my card still can run any game out there.
