It’s slow in customization to load. It’s slow loading maps in Social Games and in Custom Games: Example!
It takes sometimes upto 15 seconds to get my modded mode files and even I get this
sometimes when loading maps and modes: ( see pic )

Now I’m running 230 down and 25up for my speeds so what’s the problem?
Im having the same issues, my recent test I had 210 down and 22 up, fiber optic cable. People are still adamant about not blaming the game but I have a slew of issues and bugs/glitches that only started during season 2.
So just for fun I just went on Youtube to see if anybody else is having the same issues.
Guess what… they are! It’s nice to know I’m not the only one that has this issue! 
Was frustrating trying to play btb yesterday, it found players, loaded map, sat there waiting for other players, got up, made a coffee and snack. sat down and was still a couple of minutes before match started :-/

I agree! When 343i tested season 2 version did 343i not notice this issue? Geeze!!
This is s big issue!
It would be alot faster if we could save our own modded maps and Modded Game Modes on our local “STORAGE DEVICES!” and that’s a fact! Glad Halo MCC save’s our modded items on our “OWN” Storage Devices!
